HVAC Installation and Service
Working with both residential and commercial customers!
We specialize in new construction and custom retrofit HVAC solutions.
How can we help you?
We have the right solutions and services for all of your HVAC needs. Whether you have new construction or retrofitting old we can help. We pride ourselves on exelling at both residential and commercial HVAC services for our many customers in the Lakes Region.
Not only can heat pumps extract heat from the outside air even when it is below zero, they are extremely efficient. Because they do not create heat themselves, but rather transfer it to your home, these devices are up to 300% more efficient than heating systems! Heat pumps can also run as air conditioning in the summer months.
It’s important to maintain your boilers for optimum performance and safety. Our HVAC technicians are proficient in the maintenance of all residential boilers and forced hot water systems. In order to ensure efficient operation we recommend that homeowners have their oil boilers or gas boilers cleaned at least once per year. Regular boiler cleanings increase operating efficiency, reduce the risk of a more costly boiler service call, and help maintain an environmentally friendly home!
Our heating installation services have you covered with a complete safety inspection of your furnace, flue, venting and draft assembly. We also perform CO Test & Digital Computer Combustion Analyzer Test to check for CO leaks at the furnace and examine all electrical components and connections. Our staff will service your humidifier in addition to replacing your air filter.
Ductless Mini Splits
Ductless Mini Split HVAC systems deliver efficient cooling and heating with a lot more flexibility than traditional ducted systems. They can be used to provide whole-home comfort or offer single-zone climate control. Whether you have an addition that is not connected to your existing ductwork or you want to save money on your energy bills by only heating and cooling rooms as needed, a ductless system is an ideal single area heating and cooling solution.
Central Cooling Systems
You’ll find that we offer a complete range of cooling services for all your needs and requirements. Whether you need A/C tune-ups, repairs, or installations, we have the experts to help you do it right. Our technicians are always on hand to answer any questions about our extensive range of products and services.
No matter what type of system you need or how big the job is, you can trust our expert level knowledge in air conditioning.
Indoor Air Quality
Indoor air quality has a significant impact on your health. It can influence everything from allergies to asthma. There is more to your home’s indoor air quality than simply heating and climate control: the HVAC system, household chemicals, carpeting, building materials–even dry-cleaned clothes all contribute to indoor pollution levels in different ways. We specialize in providing expert solutions that address these factors with humidifiers, purifiers and filters for you and your family; they keep the environment clean so you enjoy healthier living at home every day.

What our customers say
Jason was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided sound and trustworthy advice on our old system, which was on its last legs pushing 30 years old. He provided great service and replaced our heating system. We later decided to add AC, he did that as well. Very good pricing and workmanship.
Excellent company overall. Found a way to fit us in to install central AC just before July 4. Showed up when they said they would and definitely earned their fee. The cost was more than fair and they have been available for follow on questions without issue. Highly recommend NECC!
